The following words and phrases carry specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" means the dhak8 website, applications, and all related services operated under the dhak8.cam domain.
• "User" or "You" means any person who has registered on the dhak8 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" means the user's personal profile on the platform, through which they play games and carry out financial transactions.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in the user's account.
• "Bonus Funds" means additional credits granted as part of a promotion or offer, subject to specific conditions.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Terms

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. The following must be confirmed:

• All information provided is completely true and accurate.
• You hold a valid identity document in your own name.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws and regulations applicable in your place of residence.
• You are playing for yourself and with your own funds, not on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler.

2.4 Verification of Information

dhak8 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registered information at any time. If a verification request is made and the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

3.2 Proper Use of Account

The account may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months or more, dhak8 may mark it as an inactive account. The user will be notified in advance by email in such cases.

3.4 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure; however, bonus balances may be forfeited unless the applicable terms have been met.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Limits

Funds can be deposited on the dhak8 platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Funds will only be sent back via the same method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Verification Process

dhak8 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the required KYC documents are not submitted. This is a standard security measure.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account concerned will be closed immediately and the balance placed under investigation.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in another currency, it will be converted at the current exchange rate, and applicable bank or service charges may apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.

5.4 Right to Modify Promotions

dhak8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer without prior notice.

6.1 Game Providers and Fair Play

dhak8 offers games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the software or server causes a game result to be displayed incorrectly, dhak8 reserves the right to determine the correct result. Winnings obtained as a result of an error may be cancelled.

6.3 Bet Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dhak8 platform. If detected, the account may be cancelled and legal action may be taken:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimise illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or game results.
• Bonus abuse: collecting bonus funds using multiple identities or in an organised manner.
• Creating an account with false information or using another person's identity.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Coordinated betting by the same individual or group to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Harassing other players or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.

If any of the above violations are detected, dhak8 reserves the right to close the account and freeze the balance without prior notice.

All content on the dhak8 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software, text, and media — is intellectual property owned by dhak8 or its licensors.

Users are permitted to view platform content for personal use only. Without explicit written permission, the following are not allowed:

• No content may be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes.
• dhak8's name, logo, or trademarks may not be used in connection with any other product or service.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform's software is prohibited.

dhak8 will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss on games or bets resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues arising from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Delays or losses caused by third parties (payment services, internet service providers).
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, government restrictions, or large-scale cyberattacks.

In cases of full liability, dhak8's maximum liability will be limited to the total value of the transaction from which the claim arose.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

12.2 Right to Terminate an Account

12.3 Dispute Resolution

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and dhak8, and supersede all previous oral or written understandings.
